I'm saying that it disrupts the OWNERS sleep, because it is the OWNER who spends their driving time staring at the bright blue pool of light through their windscreen.
Blue light keeps the brain awake. So if you drive for hours late at night, with blue LEDs, you will get home and have bad nights sleep.
