I recommend you remove the paint from the bumper tops first, then apply the Wurth. It will be worth the effort. If the paint isn't too thick it can be removed with T-cut, or rub it down first and then try. I managed to remove my old paint with T-cut, but it took a few hours to do the front bumper. The worth grey colour is a near perfect grey original match and when applied well using a damp sponge, doesn't show streak marks.
