I've fitted a replacement, but the same thing happens - I have to disconnect the battery now if I'm not using the car for more than a couple of days, which is suboptimal as I then have to leave the boot lid ajar, otherwise I can't get in to re-connect the battery.

Anyone got any ideas as to the problem before I talk to Volvo?
This is 100% a dealer issue to test as for the same drain to happen on two new batteries definitely points to a major problem with your cars electrical system which may be as simple as a faulty charging system.
Get it booked in ASAP
