You're welcome, if the tyres are wearing on the outside it points towards an alignment problem, most likely tracking but some 7/9xx models have top strut mountings so the strut can be fitted in one of two positions to alter the camber angle. Others need an alternative part from Volvo although i believe it's available on the aftermarket.
First step would be a full alignment check to find out why - a common cause is that the tracking has been previously set then the spaceship bushes have been renewed and the tracking not checked/reset after. I'm not saying this is the definite cause, just that it would bear investigation.
