I think you will need a code reader, a multimeter and a set of wiring diagrams to sort this out.

Given the other problems (O2 sensors) you have been posting about lately it seems you may have a wiring problem with the car.

I'd take out the engine management ECU and check the termianls for corrosion/poor contacts, has the engine compartment been steam cleaned or pressure washed?
