I say 'mildly warm' meaning it would warm your hand if said hand was cold but it wouldn't roast it to the point that you would pull your hand away and say 'Ouch!'.
Luke warm may be a better description. The journey was approximately 5 mins long from totally cold. Does that make sense?
Unfortunately the car doesn't have a temperature display.
