I've been considering adding the same sort of inlet filter as you have for that very reason. You may remember from when you picked up the axle there is a sycamore and a cherry blossom tree where i park my cars, both are good at filling up the heater air intakes on both cars!

That said both the 760 and my other beast have "concealed" heater inlets like your 960 has - my 740s with the heater air intake grille on the scuttle were a complete nightmare - drive down the road, turn the fan on and get pelted with "helicopters"!

Earlier in the year it would look like i had a major case of dandruff because of the cherry blossom.

Did you use the same sort of filter cloth as for the evap unit?
