Or is simply not allowed to do so! If I'd change any oil or other fluids on my car, either in the garage or outside, the fine starts at roughly two and a half thousand Euros...
If fluid gets into the ground, we are talking about imprisonment or higher fine...
Washing a car on your own grounds start around EUR 120, it gets higher easily, if it's not the first time and/or something gets into the ground.
In both cases the restore of the ground is done by a contractor, paid by you. And it will get checked afterwards, also on you.
