As you have said it is probably the tyres that are causing the problem. Whilst they may all be the same size they could have different rolling radius or just be poor tyres.
4 wheel alignment is much more than tracking.
Do some research to find a garage near to you that uses Hunter equipment and check that they know how to use it. A good indication is if you have to book in advance rather than just turn up.
