After having trailer hitch installed, later found a leak from tailgate gasket. Installer said he didn’t remove the gasket (no wires on trailer hitch). Dealer said he would have to had removed the gasket when he removed the bumper to install hitch. Who is right? Expensive to fix interior damage.
