It turns out the reason the car was running like **** is because the bolt for the pump belt tensioner pulley has stripped the threads in the head

I helicoiled the hole late last night, made a new bolt for it, and remounted the pulley.

Got the car started again, but didn't get it timed up, so will take care of that this evening hopefully.
