Thanks Mark, I've been playing around since I posted where I got confused was there is a belt that you can see as soon as you open the bonnet. Next to that is a black box with a sticker saying ' change every ?????? miles. I thought the sticker was for the belt I could see.

But no. After curiosity lead me to open the box to see what was inside, I could see wheel pulley type wheels but no belt......oh, there it is....in bits!!

Actually, I got it priced about three weeks ago because I wanted it done (there's no guarantee of when it was last done) but one thing lead to another. My lesson learnt!
