Hi,
There's a voltage drop of 1.8v on each cable (positive and ground) when cranking. The voltage drop was measured with multimeter probes plugged between the battery and starter. I've checked and cleaned the positive cable connections and the negative lead from the starter to the chassis connection point behind the front headlight. All of them seem to be ok. I couldnīt reach the negative connection point to the chassis next to the firewall.

I also think there's too much current being drawn when the engine is hot, my DC clamp-meter has a scale with a maximum value of 100A, I will borrow one with a larger scale to measure the current driven by the starter. I think a better choice would be using an analog meter to avoid reading delay, but I will have to manage with a digital one.

Thanks
