Have a look at that pdf, i don't see any relays but that isn't to say there aren't any. If they exisy i would expect them to be mounted in the doors from the way that is written. However, looking at a slightly later (1980) diagram, it seems there is a relay behind the central panel. Admittedly it's for a 240 but the 260 should be similar :

Page 108 of the pdf shows the electric window lifts and scrolling down further shows component locations. Can't find the right documents for a 1976 car though so you may have to suck it and see.
Should give you some ideas though if you've checked the fuses as described further up.
