Just ordered some new ball joint covers from Malcolm at http://www.balljointboots.co.uk/ - the dimensions of boot #4 appear to be identical to those described by v40alex.

I'll let you know how I make out. For what it's worth, Malcolm appears to be a very helpful chap to work with. These items are nowhere to be found here in Toronto, Canada but with the potential cost savings vs. new wishbones, not too concerned with the extra couple of pounds in postage.
