if you have re used them how did you torque them properly? the odds are they will not be clamping with enough force as when you try to reuse stretch bolts twice you find they keep winding up when you are torquing up with the correct method as they over stretch . Someone could have put back some non standard bolt of course , a lot of bodges can occur with previous owners over 25 years or so ...
