Well,
Volvo assist has just taken the car back to the dealer. It looks like a sticky EGR valve. It showed up 2 faults,EGR and the EMAP sensor
He got it running by the old method of hitting it with a screwdriver handle.
I cant see Volvo paying for this, even with all the EGR problems. Could be a change of car coming.
