Why on earth would Volvo seek to damage their reputation by pulling a stunt like this? I mean...have they learned nothing from the ETM issue?
I work for a manufacturing company, and problems do occur...people understand that...but if you have a problem, you SORT IT OUT...fast, and efficiently.
