Thanks - it looks like the bit that would go in the hole has snapped off from the remainder of the clip that's on the the trim (so will need to at least replace it). Do you know if the trim just pops out, or if it slides out? Don't want to try to force it off if it is held on with other types of fixings. What would you suggest in terms of removing the entire trim?
