As to whether the sensor you already have works or not - I´d just try it and see. Looking through the information in the PDF linked above some of the other numbers have been used with different sized engines so you might find that it is OK - good enough - do a trip etc

You could also check the sensor in accordance with the (Bosch or Volvo) service information and see if it operates within the limits prescribed
