Not on the inlet side it won't even when ported out, someone has done a decent write up on the 530 and 531 cylinder heads. The conclusion is you can port a 530 all you want and it still won't flow as good as a 531 inlet (exhaust ports are the same) due to the clever design of the 531 inlet port. To make them "flow" better you need to fit bigger valves.
