A total "L" plater to these engines [as yet], so please forgive my innocence, LOL.
Being as this particular range of D5 engines run 0w/30 oil, whats your honest opinion on using an oil flush addative before dropping the old oil out.
Mine done 165k.
I used to be a firm believer with my ever faithful 940 and always used it every oil change.
BUT I don't know about these engines [yet].
yes, ive already done the dirty and cleaned out the egr valve and cooler assy, I had to replace the intercooler due to a 60mm long tear along one of the upper cross tubes, so that's clean too.
So is it to be a Yes or a NO !!!
