Get a four wheel alignment done and keep the pressures somewhere just shy of the full load pressures.
I don't rotate midlife anymore. when the fronts are worn the new tyres go on the back and the old rears come up front. It's a marginal call but many would say that it's best to have the better treads on the back end so it breaks last if and when you do push it too hard in the wet.
