Hi, mine does it too, it's a 2007 xc90 D5, there is oil leaking at the same area as the picture in this thread.
i have changed the valve cover gasket, the swirl seemed ok, no play, stable arm and motor, changed the PCV valve, oil pump seals and oring, injector orings.
After a couple of days the leak is back.
The mechanic suggests to replace the valve cover gasket again and maybe the plastic valve cover itself, but there is nothing wrong with that, no cracks.

Could it be the valve cover gasket or the swirl has a seal that is failing and can be replaced ?
