Is the brake reservoir shared with the clutch? If so, don't drain it as you will introduce air into your braking system. Also if the fluid is that bad, i'd suggest renewing the brake fluid as well.

Have you got a Gunsons Easibleed? Makes life much quicker and easier, especially with ABS - you'll need about 2-2.5L of new fluid to do the lot.

If the fluid hasn't been changed in the past 2 years, i strongly advise you change it or it might not be just the clutch that gives trouble!
