I have one here - possibly new as label still attached. You would, however, need a decent UV-proof adhesive to secure it to the top pivot piece.
I missed your previous requests due being away from here a lot whilst isolating at my sons place (no computer): did you get the manifold you need. I have lots of s/h 140-series parts here so try me. South of London though.
