If you still got (or can Google a copy of) the owners manual it'll be in the specifications section. Otherwise there should be a sticker under the bonnet.

My 58 plate V70 is R134a according to my owners manual, so all good for me.

Edit: It seems R1234YF is the latest refrigerant for newer cars as it has a lower global warming potential than R134a. My bet is that given the age of your car it'll be R134a. http://www.ac4cars.co.uk/r1234yf.html
