It was actually made in Belgium by EBS (later named ACT) and distributed in Holland by Toncar.
I found and secured the remains of one some time ago and posted it on this forum (
http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=192485).
Even though it created a slight buzz, nobody was interested to do anything with it.
