My dad has the same car and it came shod with Dunlop "Sport" tyres, some were unevenly worn as the tracking had been out at some point. Now fully re-aligned and shod with Vredestein Quatrac and feels a different car.

I had Pirelli Scorpian Verde M&S tyres on my XC70 and they wore very well.I sold it after doing about 18000 miles and still had about 4 mm on the tyres all round.
