That would be really useful if possible.
It's a stupid bit of design in my view, as it's impossible to tell if you are going to dazzle someone before you turn the lights on. (Unless you count all the times you have flashed the lights since you last used the headlights, and then gave another flash to make up an even number!)

Much better would be:
a) a separate main beam switch, not shared with the flasher
b) a relay that always reverted to dip when you switch the lights off or after flashing
c) if the main beam warning light could some how always show even when the lights are off.
