RE: Engine flushing ??

They were trying to sell me this new product, can't remember the name but it contains some sort of gas ?? they said they had tried it on their on 850's and that it worked a treat.
They also said that Volvo recomment and engine flush at about 100K miles, but I haven't heard of this before !
I will most likely just do a normal oil change anyway :)
