Suspect you’ve got an air leak on one of the turbo pipes or inter cooler. I’d be giving the intake side, especially the rubber pipe on the turbo outlet for splits. I’ve got mine to replace tomorrow, they go soft with age and collapse under acceleration then eventually split causing overfuelling and the resultant black smoke. That’s from my P2 E3 knowledge, I’d have thought the DPF would take care of the smoke unless it’s mapped out.
