Could be just caused due to full lock, cold tyres scrabbling for grip and maybe too much power pulling away from the junction. I used to have a car that would do it now and then under certain circumstances. Could maybe a spring reseating itself for some reason. Not really an expert, just some random thoughts.
Curiosity would get the better of me if it was happening to me, have you tried pulling out the junction on a left hand lock to see if it occurs.
