Agreed but the 80% ratio is only a recomendation.
My landrover weighing 2.25 ton is rated to tow 3.5 ton, making a train weight of 5.75 ton. With grandfather rights or hgv licence this is perfectly possible and safe. An awful lot of farmers do it every market day.
