If they are the ones on the front of the trailing arms then i did mine for the MOT this year. The original ones the rubber is only mated in 2 places and the metal outer is aluminium. I used the gap to hacksaw a small section out which in turn meant that they practically fell out. The new ones went in reasonably easily as well.
