Whichever one you normally would use on the cars paintwork Alan - i used a Simoniz liquid wax on the one Omega wheel i've done so far on my 760 and the dirt just floats off, leaving it looking like it's just been done again.

If you're going to lay the wheels up for a while, use either a heavier or multiple coats of wax before the lay-up to give them extra protection from condensation and other horrors.
