No replies to my e.mails so I 'phoned this morning. Got the sales manager first time.
He had received my e.mails and didn't need the hard copy. He has passed my purchase to someone else. " Hasn't she 'phoned you?" Obviously not.
The car is ready for collection on Friday, but I may no be able to collect it then as the money from my investment account may not be in my current account by then.
I despair. Prior notification would have allowed me to get the funds in time.
