Fortunately my 2010 XC90 Exec doesn't seem to be one of them.
(At least when I entered my VIN into the Volvo website it reported that my recalls were up to date.)
Hopefully the UK website is accurate.

Edit: Didn't load up on Chrome. Changed browser to Mozilla and it appeared!
