my 1st idea is MAF, as mine had that problem...
2nd idea is the turbo actuator spring wore off? or one of the connecting bolts bent or somehow changed setup, and it leaks boost?
3rd is maybe the hose between the turbo and the engine (intercooler included) leaks boost somewhere?
maf is easy to check, just unplug it, and drive around, itll revert to emergency overfueling, but it'll try to use the turbo to its original setup...
air leaks are easy as well, if you go around with a spray bottle around the hoses...
actuator... good luck, theyre fairly cheap, but theyre straight up on the firewall
