I've found a receipt for £50 among the paperwork for the 805 which is/was from a 1999 S40 so obviously a previous owner swapped out whatever was previously fitted for the present one for reasons unknown.Possibly my poor photography but the parcel shelf speakers are indeed wired up and working.
