You have to change bearings(I mean some company or someone who does that and have some special balancing machine) or get a new turbo, it's only mater of time until crankshaft will brake or worse.

Dunno about flushing that radiator, theoretically remove top hose and bottom one, then use pressure washer or just a garden hose to flush it
