Are you fitting this to a Penta in a boat? The early B18A had a 36VN Zenith downdraught i.e. a vertical carb. The later B18A had an angled 175 Stromberg. The 1 piece manifold for this had a twin port exhaust which gave a small but useful HP increase.
What are your plans? A single carb manifold is a VERY heavy lump to send to the USA and the P&P would be eye watering. I don't think that there were any official single carb Amazons or PV's sold there but there might just be the odd privately imported one about, especially PV or Duett. Many of those will have been upgraded to twin carbs so possibly one still in the corner of a garage covered in dust/rust.
