There are volvo glass primers , clips and special bonding glue which has to be heated up in an oven to 80 C to comply with volvos original factory safety standards . It would be worth asking if they do this in house or farm it out and if so are the proper processes carried out .

If it is any consolation i've seen quite a few done and none broken .
If they are the experts why should a factory fitted screen fail and why would Volvo dealers want to put the problem with the purchaser to sort out.
