Why should it fail? some problem with the robots in the factory no doubt , The dealer didn't fit the screen , they are not responsible for it they are there to help and repair it .. and being the Manufacturer's agent they are the only ones guaranteed to do it properly , i don't think you will find many dealers breaking screens getting them out .
