Today, whilst waiting for my new shocks to be delivered (and with the car already jacked up and suspension removed), I decided to renew my auxiliary belt and tensioner. No problem with getting one - D3/4 163bhp 2011 MY - Gates K015PK1123XS micro-v kit is the right one... except my engine has an entirely different tensioner fitted - no Torx drive for relieving the tensions in every picture I have seen, instead a raised "nut" positioned below the tensioner pulley. And now I am struggling to get the installation torx bolt removed. Why is nothing ever simple?
