I came perilously close to rejecting the 2nd S90, almost 2 years ago, the 1st having been taken back by the dealer at their decision. But that was within the first 30 days, a private purchase, and in the end it got resolved. All I can advise is to make sure everything is documented: If you speak to the dealer or lease company then note the salient points in an email (or letter) to them.
