Would that same advice apply to the V70 of the same era? Lots of knocking, kind of like old wooden floorboard noise coming from both front wheels. Not lug plugs, instinct says top mounts? Top mounts, struts and control arms are the only suspension components i know, however. I'm sure there's more!
