Yes both cups, both pins and also the flat surface where the spring pin slides and rest on. When I done mine I removed the 2 bolts that housed the tow bar block and cleaned this up in my vice, this way you get to see how it works.
Cleaned and grease bolts then tighten to 140Nm.
Someone may correct the correct Nm, I could not find what it was at the time.
140Nm on 12mm bolts is about right in my mind.
With the spring loaded pin, best to push in with a lump of hard wood as it's a strong loaded spring.
