where the main big air inlet hose goes onto the engine , the black plastic housing in between the pipe and manifold is the throttle body , take it off and press the flap closed against the spring , any tendency to stick then file around the disc lightly until it doesn't stick or you can just see daylight around the edge when held up to the light ..
