My internal fan has a mind of its own at the moment and keeps blowing hard then soft and pretty much does its own thing no matter what the fan is set to.
I did some digging and found this link posted by Gatos.

Can anyone tell me if this is this the correct fix for my fan or do I need to do the resistor pack?
